LIFE AND LEADERSHIP CROSS-CULTURAL COACHING
Faith-Based, Cross-Cultural Coaching for Missionaries, Ministers & Expatriates
You’ve achieved a lot…
But deep down, you know there’s more.
More understanding. More connection. More fruit that lasts.
You want to have an impact that cuts across cultural boundaries, not just serve others.
You want to work and lead with wisdom, humility, and grace in a world and among people who don't think or believe like you do.
Without losing your identity, your faith, or your focus, you want to flourish in your calling, career, and relationships.
I get you... And you are in the right place.
I am partnering with purpose-driven missionaries, ministers, and leaders who live or serve in cross-cultural environments, helping them align their faith, values, and leadership approach with biblical and culturally intelligent principles and values that bring true and lasting impact to those they work among, while they themselves experience deep transformation.
Through this virtual one-on-one cross-cultural coaching, I assist you in bridging the gaps between vision and understanding, calling and context, and faith and fruitfulness so you can effectively serve, develop trust, and leave a legacy that exalts God in the culture in which you live and serve.
You will discover how to love and accept the people you work with, as well as appreciate the diversity and beauty of cultures. So that where there was discomfort, you will begin to experience fruitful conversations that lead to much-desired results.
See what one of my clients wrote about his coaching experience:
"Our coaching session was that of a team working together to support and encourage me to do well in my field of calling as a husband and a pastor.
I was faced with the burden of building lasting kingdom-minded friendships as well as maintaining existing relationships. You opened my eyes to see that some friends may be for a season. That while people come and go, the Holy Spirit is always with us and serves as our reliable guide when choosing friends.
I recall how, without controlling the entire process, you made sure to assist me in carrying out the mission that the Lord has called me to. This helped me restore and strengthen my existing relationships while motivating me to build new ones.
By God's grace, I view you as my coach on the journey of life as a pastor and husband. I can boldly say you came into my life at a critical and strategic moment, a time that helped to define my future. I am glad to have you as my coach. Thank you, Coach."
Pastor Andrew Ferdinand
